Peter Brougham-Cook is Chairman and CEO of Pether Investments Inc, owner of TAB-Low Country. With over 32 years of experience, Peter has consulted for two global organizations, PriceWaterhouseCoopers & IBM Global Business Services. Specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Improvement, Operations, Global Leadership and Strategy Consulting. Peter has well-honed skills in leading large, complex operations and initiatives, surpassing market competitors, providing business improvement processes, strategic and tactical practical solutions, increasing market share and profit margins.

With 11 years as a Regional Vice President at CarMax, Vaughn had major responsibility to ensure that his teams were performing at their best. Lance’s history in business includes serving as Senior Vice President, Global Banking and Financial Services for Aditya Birla Minacs, a global business process solution provider. Lance also served on the Executive Team for NuComm International and was President of NuComm Credit Services, one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies and Gold Standard Award winner with the National Quality Institute.

Susan LeTerneau is a management consultant and a principal of Transition Technologies Team LLC. She is a certified facilitator/coach with The Alternative Board TAB©. She is also a certified trainer for Allen Training Centers, Inc. 

 

Susan’s management background includes several years at Citicorp where she held positions as Corporate Marketing Director, Service Quality Manager, Systems Development Manager and Administrative Services Director. Prior to that, she worked for a variety of privately-owned companies and corporations.

At Regis University she served as Liaison to the Board of Trustees and managed the President’s Office, staff, and budget. She also served on the faculty of Regis University where she taught both onsite and online classes in leadership, teams, and applied action research for the Masters of Science in Management program.

Susan received her undergraduate degree in business from Regis University and an MBA in Human Resource and Productivity Management from the University of Denver.

Valerie’s professional business experience in the North Texas Area, since 2006, has been with the management and organizational development consulting group, ROI Associates. That same year she and her husband Ed founded The Alternative Board (TAB) of Greater Fort Worth.
Valerie served in the Dominican Republic with the United States government and in Mergers and Acquisitions with the FSLIC in Washington, DC and was Director of Training for the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, in Irving, Texas. She holds degrees in Chemistry from UTPB and a Master of Business from Southern Methodist University.
She is active in supporting the entrepreneurial community and several non-profits in North Texas.

Currently serves as President of The Alternative Board (TAB)
Business in South Central Kansas. John spent 40 years as the
CEO/COO of organizations leading large staffs and later consulting with more than 25
companies with a focus on planning, strategy and organizing each to achieve their company
vision. 

 

Areas of specialization include feasibility studies, developing strategic plans and organizing
human resources by defining roles, responsibilities, expectations and structure.

He was a founder with 5 other principals of a large integrated beef company that was
structured to eliminate value chain waste and meet the requirements and expectations of a
large retail customer. He also served as the CEO of the Kansas Livestock and National
Cattlemen’s Associations and later was COO of Koch Industries Beef Company.

The South Central Kansas Territory of The Alternative Board was acquired in 2014. He
completed the training and received the TAB-Certified Facilitator / Coach designation. Now
he helps small and medium sized business owners and CEOs connect their personal vision
to their life and business and be more successful.

He earned BS and MS degrees from Kansas State University.
